Gîte “Henri Loux” (for 2)
On the ground floor, this studio offers an easy access for people with reduced mobility (wide doors, Italian shower…)
The kitchen is designed to let you take your meals if you wish.
The main room is furnished with a double bed, a closet and a seating area.
*It is possible to add an extra bed.
Prices :

• Per week : from 200€
Price depend on the season :
• 250€/week (French holidays: Toussaint, Eastern and Winter)
• 300€/semaine (December and from mid-June to mid-September)

Henri Loux is famous for his paintings and his drawings.
After he finished school, he went to the Kunstgewerbeschule. He was received cum laude for his work in 1892. Then he earns a scholarship to go to the Münich Royal Academy. Back in Alsace, Henri Loux works to illustrate a tourist guidebook, creates posters, gifts and Christmas cards, drawings for a chocolate factory…
Henri Loux painted also more than fifty illustrations used for the renowned table service “le service Obernai”, still very popular in Alsace.
